Installation
① Cut the pipe and remove burrs → ② Slide on the nut and ferrule → ③ Insert into the fitting body → ④ Tighten 1¼ turns (a sudden change in feel indicates proper seating)
Design Pitfalls to Avoid
• Pipe Wall Thickness ≥ 0.8 mm to prevent the ferrule from cutting through
• Repeated assembly and disassembly ≤ 3 times; the ferrule is deformed and needs replacement
• For vibration environments, use double ferrules (Superbite) or welded fittings
